Refund Policy

Because many of our products are custom-built, our refund policy is as follows:

 

 

Custom Items

 

 

• Custom cables and pedalboard builds are non-refundable once production has begun.

• If a custom item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

 

 

 

Non-Custom Items

 

 

• Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

 

 

 

Refund Processing

 

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
